Our Story
Born from a dream to see all people experience God's love.
R³C Church began in 2012 as a small gathering of 15 people in a living room with one simple conviction: the Gospel changes everything. Pastor David Mitchell and his wife Sarah felt God calling them to plant a church that would be radically inclusive, deeply rooted in scripture, and relentlessly focused on community transformation.
From that living room to our current home, the mission has never changed — to Reach, Restore, and Release. Today, R³C is a multi-generational, multi-cultural church family where everyone belongs and everyone has a purpose.
We believe the local church is the hope of the world. When the church moves, communities are transformed, families are healed, and lives are forever changed.

Pastor David has served R³C for over 12 years with a passion for equipping the next generation. He holds an M.Div from Fuller Seminary.
Sarah Mitchell
Worship Director
Sarah leads our worship ministry with a heart to create spaces where people encounter God through music and creative arts.
Marcus Johnson
Community Pastor
Pastor Marcus oversees our community outreach, small groups, and discipleship programs, ensuring everyone finds belonging.
